  5. The data can be displayed as dioptric topographical maps.  The instruments display the different dioptric values in different colors to make it easy to see changes in curvature.

  7. Red is used to illustrate the steepest areas with blue the flattest regions.  The bar on the side of the screen gives the dioptric power for each color.
